Goals of Christian Childbirth Classes:

• To increase your spiritual growth
• To envision your birth and seek God in all areas of life.
• To apply the Word in practical ways.

     The benefits of Childbirth Education:  

• Be equipped for the hospital setting and for the care of your newborn.
• Have learned comfort measures and scripture promises.
• Be part of a small class with personal attention.
• You will have peace of mind in decision-making for labor and delivery.

     Topics Covered Include:

• Certified Doula option - Trained labor support person to accompany you in labor & delivery.
• Relaxation techniques and breathing patterns in labor.
• The Anatomy of Labor and Delivery.

  We also offer these classes to International Couples.  An annual picnic is held for the international couples who take the childbirth classes to encourage them while they are  away from their own home and country and it is a wonderful time for the couples to get together with other couples from their own country.  Contact Cheri at cheri@sonraysministries.org for more information or to register for a class.
